Here's some exercises that you can do to start your road to a gorgeous assemus maximus.
Squats have been known to help tone the buttocks as well as strengthen the muscles. Using this exercise can increase the strength of your legs and your thighs. If you prefer to exercise alone, doing the reps in front of the mirror will help you. Another important note to these exercises is to do it regularly but allow your body to rest in between.
